Kevin O'Gorman Kevin has worked at Midleton Distillery since 1998. In his current role, he is charged with responsibility for all operational aspects of Vatting, Cask Management, Blending and Maturation. Kevin has also worked as Process Manager in the Brewing, Fermentation and Distillation and has gained experience in all areas of Whiskey production. Kevin allocates much of his time to the procurement of top quality casks from various cooperages around the world and the careful handling of these casks right through the maturation process.
