Jonny McCormick Although born in the Lowlands, he now tries to pass himself off as an example of an Eastern Highland. His first visit to a distillery was to Bowmore in 1984, which seems a pretty good place to start. He pledges to scribe informative, occasionally orotund rambles on the pleasures to be had in a glass of good single malt.
