Joan McGinley Joan started with Whisky Advocate in October of 2006. She came to us with many years of office management and customer service experience. Starting out as office manager, Joan is now the WhiskyFest events manager, handling everything WhiskyFest related. Joan and her husband have been married 21 years; they have three children and two granddaughters.
